Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree B.Sc, HND, or equivalent in a relevant field
• Valid, verifiable professional certification in the subject area being applied for
• Minimum of 3 years practical industry experience in the relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years experience teaching, training, or facilitating the subject
Technical Delivery Requirements:
• Must be able to record clear, structured video lessons minimum 1080p HD resolution
• Must possess or have access to a quality microphone/headset crisp, noise-free audio is mandatory
• Must have a professional background setup — clean, well-lit, distraction-free environment
• Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection for file uploads and communication
• Must have a personal computer/laptop capable of screen recording and video editing
• Proficiency in screen recording tools such as OBS Studio, Camtasia, Loom, or equivalent
• Ability to share screen clearly when demonstrating tools, software, or simulations
Content Requirements:
• Must submit a detailed course outline aligned to the official exam/certification objectives
• Must develop and submit slide decks, notes, or visual aids for each module
• Must produce quiz questions and assessments at the end of each module
Soft Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple, and engaging manner
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet content submission deadlines
• Responsive and professional in all communications with the Acecerty team.
