Job Summary
Fairsure Payment Limited is seeking a highly experienced Senior Cybersecurity Expert to lead and strengthen the security posture of our fintech platforms and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting our systems, networks, and payment platforms from cyber threats while ensuring compliance with financial security standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Monitor and protect payment systems, infrastructure, and networks from cyber threats.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Implement and manage security monitoring tools and incident response systems.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches.
• Work closely with IT, DevOps, and development teams to implement secure system architecture.
• Provide security awareness and training for internal teams.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience in cybersecurity or information security.
• Proven experience working in fintech, banking, or payment-related environments.
• Strong knowledge of network security, application security, and data protection.
• Experience with security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
• Familiarity with penetration testing tools and vulnerability assessment frameworks.
• Understanding of financial industry security standards and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certifications
