Job Summary:
• Popville Luxury Homes is seeking a creative and results-driven Head of Marketing with at least 4 years of marketing experience to lead and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive luxury home sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Popville Luxury Homes and its property collections.
• Drive lead generation through digital marketing, social media, events, and advertising.
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Work closely with the sales team to support property sales and customer acquisition.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
• Manage marketing content, partnerships, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, luxury brands, or high-value products.
• Proven ability to plan and drive successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation strategies.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance and improve campaign outcomes.
