Job Title: Business Development Manager (Oil & Gas – Lubricants) Location: Lagos, Nigeria Employment Type: Full-Time Company Overview: We are a fast-growing player in the Oil & Gas sector, specializing in high-quality lubricants and engine oils for automotive, industrial, and marine applications. We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, increasing sales volume, and expanding distribution channels for our lubricant and engine oil products. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive, industrial, marine, and energy sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, fleet operators, and corporate clients. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals. Drive brand awareness and product penetration across target markets. Prepare periodic sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums. Minimum of 4 years proven experience in business development or sales within the Oil & Gas or lubricant industry. Strong knowledge of lubricants, engine oils, and petroleum products. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong network within the automotive or industrial lubricant market is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and drive results.
