Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and articulate individual with a medical or healthcare background to join our team as a Healthcare Business & Projects Associate. This role combines project coordination, research, and client engagement with technical support for our healthcare equipment supply and infrastructure solutions. (In-depth sales experience).

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in coordinating healthcare projects from initiation to completion. Conduct research on medical technologies, suppliers, and policy trends. Draft compelling reports, proposals, presentations, and memos for clients and government stakeholders. Support client engagement and communication for ongoing and prospective projects. Liaise with technical teams and contractors during installation and upgrade projects. Monitor project progress and ensure documentation is up to date. Maintain a structured system for tracking deliverables, timelines, and compliance. Support business development initiatives with research, insights, and proposal inputs.

Requirements

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, or a related health/medical field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, consulting, equipment, or project roles. Experience in the public sector, donor programs, or private healthcare delivery is a plus.

Skills & Competencies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent research and analytical thinking. Project coordination and task management skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision. Professionalism in engaging high-level stakeholders.
