Responsibilities:
- Conduct 50+ outbound calls/messages daily to target businesses
- Qualify leads and schedule product demos
- Explain JobsEden's value proposition vs traditional job boards
- Close deals and onboard new customers
- Maintain CRM and track pipeline
- Gather market feedback to improve positioning
- Hit monthly revenue targets
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years B2B sales experience (SaaS/services preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (English & pidgin)
- Comfortable with cold calling and rejection
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- WhatsApp Business and LinkedIn proficiency
- Understanding of Nigerian SME challenges
