We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse / Sales Support Officer to manage warehouse operations while providing excellent customer and sales support. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and able to balance inventory management with order processing and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately
• Maintain proper inventory records and conduct stock counts
• Ensure clean, safe, and well-organized storage
Sales & Customer Support
• Process customer orders and generate invoices
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
• Confirm stock availability and update customers on order status
• Support the sales team in meeting customer needs
• Assist with lead generation and sales follow-ups (where required)
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
• Good communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
