Our client, a rapidly growing B2B software solutions provider, is seeking an energetic and ambitious B2B Sales Development Representative to join their expanding sales team. This position is fully remote, offering a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in tech sales from anywhere. You will play a critical role in the top of the sales funnel, responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact, and generating interest in our client's innovative products. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement. You will conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs, identify key decision-makers, and schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team. Success in this role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, resilience, and a strong drive to achieve targets. You must be comfortable working independently, managing your time effectively, and utilizing CRM tools to track activities and pipeline progression. We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for technology and a desire to learn about B2B sales. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
