Healthcare Project Manager

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Lagos for a Head of Healthcare Projects. In this position, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare projects to ensure they meet time, quality, and budget requirements. Your responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Additional duties involve maintaining project documentation, upholding compliance with healthcare regulations, and continuously improving project processes.

- Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Experience in stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration across teams
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulatory compliance processes
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software
- Ability to deliver projects effectively within time and budget constraints
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2 certification, or equivalent is an advantage
- Proven experience managing healthcare projects is highly beneficial
