• We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Operations + Project Manager to oversee all aspects of business operations and team management.
• This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and execution.
• You will oversee company operations, manage teams and projects, and ensure systems, staff, and workflows are aligned and running efficiently across all Innovasol brands.
• If you’re decisive, organized, and strong at leading people and processes, this role puts you at the core of the business
• This senior leadership role will be responsible for ensuring that projects, staff, and systems are running efficiently and aligned with company goals.
• The right candidate will have the authority to supervise, train, and hold staff accountable, including the ability to implement disciplinary measures when necessary.
• You will serve as the primary link between leadership and the team, ensuring that the CEO’s vision is executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all staff across departments, ensuring accountability, performance, and professionalism.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff to foster a culture of excellence and growth.
• Implement and monitor workflows, systems, and standard operating procedures SOPs.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews, and escalate or write up staff members when necessary.
• Track and manage multiple projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and business operations to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Support the CEO by translating high-level goals into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and contractors to ensure smooth external relations.
• Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of proven experience in operations management, business management, or senior project management.
• Demonstrated success in managing teams and business operations at a senior level.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and hold staff accountable.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and business tools ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, etc..
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and handle multiple priorities.

Key Requirements:
• Must be able to work in our Ikate / Lekki Phase 1 Office Freedom Way
• Some positions may transition to a hybrid schedule after a 3 month probation & demonstrated ability to work independently from home.
• Must have a flexible work schedule, and must be available to work US hours and weekends as needed.
• Must be creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a minimum of at least 3 years of professional experience in the role you are applying for. Some positions require 5 or more years of experience.

Salary and Benefits
• Salary N450,000 - N550,000 per month; Competitive, based on senior-level experience; flexible ± depending on qualifications.
