Playhouse Communication Limited is seeking a proactive and highly organized Mid-Level Project Manager to join our fast-paced digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple client projects across digital campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
You will work closely with internal teams including Creative, Media, Strategy, and Client Service to ensure seamless project execution and excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital marketing projects, including campaigns, content production, website projects, and media executions
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Creative, Media Buying, Content, Strategy) to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, bottlenecks, and scope changes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on project status
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Track project performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to management
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in project management, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, paid media, content, and campaign execution
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar

Pay: From ₦250,000.00 per month
