Job Summary
• We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes and support the organization in building a high-performing workforce. The Recruitment Specialist will partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role contributes to employer branding initiatives, workforce planning, and alignment of recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Key Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR business partnering
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple levels of roles
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent market trends, and employer branding
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in HRIS or ATS systems, spreadsheets, and recruitment tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to influence decisions
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and recruitment best practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive matters
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to anticipate staffing needs and develop workforce plans
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across channels
• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, generate hiring metrics, and provide insights to guide HR and business decisions
• Advise managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and selection decisions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies
• Support onboarding coordination to ensure smooth integration of new hires
