We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Lead to support a growing fashion retail business by strengthening people operations, improving workforce performance, and implementing effective HR systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving employee engagement, managing HR processes, and ensuring operational efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
• Support leadership in building a high-performing and engaged workforce
• Manage employee records, compliance, and HR documentation
• Coordinate training, development, and staff performance initiatives
• Provide HR insights to support organizational growth and workforce planning Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR operations or HR management roles
• Strong understanding of employee relations, HR policies, and performance management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
