Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote, permanent position. As a pivotal member of the HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal compliance. Your duties will include talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive company culture, driving employee engagement initiatives, and supporting professional development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and best practices in HR management. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to strategize on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis will be crucial for reporting and decision-making. This role requires exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as you will interact with employees at all levels. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strict confidentiality is essential. We are looking for a forward-thinking HR professional who can adapt to a rapidly evolving business environment and contribute to the continued growth and success of our client. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) being a significant advantage. A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience is expected, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. While this role is fully remote, occasional virtual team meetings and collaborative sessions will be scheduled.
