About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to support a
well-established influencer and podcast host with a large, fast-moving digital business.
This is a part-time remote role focused on managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring
smooth communication across multiple teams, and keeping operations running efficiently behind
the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
● Managing and organising a busy email inbox
● Prioritising and responding to incoming messages
● Coordinating schedules and calendar management
● Liaising with internal team members (social, podcast, YouTube, affiliates, etc.)
● Handling inbound brand and partnership enquiries (triaging and redirecting appropriately)
● Responding to podcast guest pitches and forwarding to relevant stakeholders
● Supporting general administrative tasks and ensuring deadlines are tracked
Requirements ● Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
● Excellent written communication skills and a high level of professionalism
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workflows
● Comfortable working remotely and independently
● Familiarity with tools such as email platforms and project management systems (e.g. Asana or similar)
Nice-to-have● Experience working with influencers, content creators, or in the social media industry
● Understanding of brand partnerships and digital media workflows
