Cyber Security Specialist – Red Team (Senior / Mid-Level)

Sentrabyte Digital Solusi is a remote-first cybersecurity company specializing in real-world offensive security and adversary simulation.

We are hiring a Cyber Security Specialist – Red Team with proven, repeated real-world exploitation experience.

This is an execution-focused role. We are not looking for compliance-based testers or theory-heavy profiles. We are looking for operators who can consistently obtain stable OS-level shells and chain vulnerabilities into meaningful compromise paths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced penetration testing across web, API, network, and infrastructure environments

• Achieve validated OS-level command execution (RCE, reverse shell, SYSTEM/root access)

• Chain vulnerabilities into full compromise paths

• Perform post-exploitation within authorized scope:

Enumeration

Privilege escalation (Linux & Windows)

Credential access

Lateral movement

• Produce clear, reproducible technical documentation

• Maintain consistent, measurable technical output

Mandatory Technical Requirement:

Candidates must demonstrate at least TEN (10) real, personally executed OS-level shell/RCE exploitation cases in authorized environments.

During screening, applicants must clearly explain multiple end-to-end exploitation flows including:

• Initial access vector

• Exploitation method

• Privilege level obtained

• Immediate post-exploitation actions

Candidates without strong hands-on shell experience will not be considered.

Location Restriction:

Remote – North America, Europe, Australia only.

Applicants located in Asia will not be considered.

Compensation:

USD 85,000 – 160,000+ depending on validated capability and experience level.
