Our client, a leading healthcare organization committed to advancing pediatric care, is seeking an experienced and passionate Remote Lead Pediatric Nurse Educator. This fully remote role is crucial in developing and delivering high-quality educational programs for nursing staff and families, aimed at enhancing pediatric health outcomes. The Lead Educator will be responsible for designing evidence-based curricula, training materials, and implementing educational strategies that align with current best practices in pediatric nursing. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional clinical expertise in pediatrics, a strong background in nursing education, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include assessing educational needs, developing comprehensive training modules (both online and virtual live sessions), and evaluating the effectiveness of educational interventions. You will mentor and guide other nurse educators, contribute to the development of clinical competencies, and ensure that educational content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required, with a Master's degree in Nursing Education, Pediatric Nursing, or a related field strongly preferred. A minimum of 7 years of clinical nursing experience in pediatrics, with at least 4 years in a nursing education or leadership role, is essential. Pediatric Nurse Certification (e.g., CPN) is highly desirable.

This position requires outstanding presentation skills, the ability to engage diverse audiences, and proficiency in various educational technologies and learning management systems (LMS). You must be self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple educational projects simultaneously in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based educational programs for pediatric nursing staff.
