Responsibilities:
• Identify and close new business opportunities in land and property sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, corporate clients, and referral partners.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Lead negotiations and structure profitable deals.
• Track market trends and provide insights for competitive positioning.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate marketing.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Confident communicator with executive presence.
• Target-driven with a passion for closing deals.
• A deep understanding of the Nigerian real estate market is an advantage.
• Minimum OND.
• No experience/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
