Job Description
Responsible for: Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing the sales team, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key functions and responsibilities
Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
Works collaboratively with internal customer to execute packaging designs consistent with a determined communications
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Works with sales & marketing officers to identify programming to generate incremental sales and /or profitability
Works collaboratively with operations/sourcing to identify and develop productivity initiatives
Analyzes current performance, trends, market conditions and other contributing factors and provide adequate protection through the distribution system in a cost effective manner.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product development and expansion
Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition
Competences and skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the Real Estate industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and market research
Able to work independently as well as able to work with the team
Proficient in using sales and marketing software / tools
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing market dynamics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Abuja: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
