Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage brand identity and campaigns
• Support marketing and growth initiatives
• Set specific marketing goals
• Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
• Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
• Analyze sales and marketing metrics
• Establishing expectations and guidelines for the company’s voice to guide all marketing collateral and information across channel
• Analyzing data and trends related to branding
• Checking for branding consistency in all interactions
• Presenting branding information to clients or managers
• Coordinating goals with department heads responsible for enacting a marketing strategy
• Developing marketing strategies that dictate the core methods of achieving the company's goals
Requirements
• Minimum of 6 Years work experience as a Creative strategist Brand Manager or Marketing manager
• Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
• In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Understanding of web design
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Comfort with technology, including spreadsheets, presentation software and content management systems
• Understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Public speaking skills, with the ability to lead presentations and meetings
• Excellent research skills
