Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and drive sales for the complete power portfolio
• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets
• Develop dealer and distributor network across Lagos and upcountry markets
• Manage and mentor 2 to 3 local sales executives
• Work closely with technical engineer for product support and after-sales
• Plan market expansion strategy for Abuja and Port Harcourt
• Identify new opportunities in cables, fuses, and related power products
• Ensure strong customer relationships and repeat business
• Handle market challenges with practical problem-solving Requirements

Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 5 to 6 years of field experience in the Lagos power market
• Proven experience in Tall Tubular batteries, Lithium Ion batteries, MPPT inverters, copper armoured cables, and changeover systems
• Strong understanding of dealer networks and local distribution dynamics
• Able to perform under pressure and deliver results
• Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented
