Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories and market segments. Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to understand their telecommunications requirements. Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our telecommunications products and services. Develop and deliver tailored proposals and quotations that meet client needs and budgets. Negotiate contract terms and close sales effectively, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and our product portfolio. Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage sales enablement resources and campaign leads. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Address client inquiries and resolve any pre-sale issues professionally. Continuously enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Maintain CRM records with accurate and up-to-date client and prospect information.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in the telecommunications industry or a related technology sector. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly. Understanding of various telecommunications technologies (e.g., mobile, broadband, enterprise solutions). Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Must be legally authorized to work in Nigeria and possess a reliable internet connection.
