Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Executive to support their sales and business development operations in Lagos. This role is ideal for early-career professionals interested in technology-driven, design-focused solutions and client-facing roles.
The successful candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, while gaining hands-on exposure to audiovisual consulting and solutions sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients such as corporate offices, architects, contractors, schools, hotels, and event venues
• Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, referrals, and online research
• Introduce and explain the client’s AV solutions and products to prospective customers
• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with technical and design teams to understand client requirements
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Work towards meeting monthly sales targets and activity KPIs
• Continuously learn about AV products, solutions, and industry trends
Requirements & Qualifications
• HND / BSc in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Engineering, or related fields
• 1–2 years of work experience (prior sales experience is an advantage)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in engaging clients and making presentations
• Willingness to learn technical AV solutions and consultative sales
• Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
• Must be Lagos-based and willing to travel for client meetings
