Job Description
• We are hiring experienced Sales Executives for the Eastern part of Nigeria to drive business growth, manage retail and sub-distributor channels, and deliver strong secondary sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Supply bulk volumes to sub-distributors and large retail outlets to strengthen distribution.
• Expand the numeric distribution and ensure product availability across all routes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and sub-distributors.
• Drive visibility and branding execution at the point of sale.
• Provide accurate sales reports, stock balancing updates, and market feedback.
Requirements
• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in the FMCG field sales in any of the eastern region locations where you're applying.
• Proven track record of driving bulk secondary sales in the drinks/beverage sector.
• Excellent sales orientation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the eastern region market, distribution network, and sales routes.
• Must be disciplined, accountable, and performance-driven.
