Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide overall leadership and management of large-scale road, bridge, highway, and civil construction projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution from inception to completion.
• Manage multiple construction sites across Nigeria, ensuring consistent standards and performance.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, and management briefings.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and operational standards across all sites.

Requirements:
• Must be a non-Nigerian (Expatriate) professional.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• Proven and extensive experience in road, highway, bridge, and heavy civil construction projects.
• Minimum of 10–15 years relevant project management experience in large infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple construction sites simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
