Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the overall business objectives of Dele Group. The role oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR compliance, and organizational culture within the pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution environment.

The HR Manager ensures that the company attracts, develops, and retains high-performing employees while maintaining compliance with labor laws and pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Support leadership in organizational development and workforce planning.
• Provide strategic HR advice to management on people-related issues.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments.
• Develop job descriptions and competency frameworks.
• Ensure timely hiring of qualified personnel for pharmaceutical operations, manufacturing, sales, and corporate functions.
• Build talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.
• Implement and manage the company’s performance management system.
• Monitor KPIs and performance evaluation processes across departments.
• Guide managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
• Identify organizational training needs and implement learning programs.
• Coordinate professional development initiatives for employees.
• Support leadership development and succession planning.
• Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
• Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation.
• Oversee salary structures, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking to maintain competitive pay structures.
• Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance and pensions.
• Manage HR information systems and employee databases.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional HR certification CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is an advantage.
• Minimum of 6–10 years HR experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing sectors.
