Job Description
Our client in the hospitality space is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to manage and support daily human resource operations within their hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient HR processes, foster positive employee relations, and support the delivery of excellent service standards through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding of hotel staff.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Organize staff training, orientation, and development programs.
• Monitor attendance, leave schedules, and staff rosters.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives and workplace harmony.
• Prepare periodic HR reports for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within hospitality or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
