Adventure Capital Group - Our client offers sales and services of automobiles. They are a known name in the automobile assembly plants and distribution in Nigeria where the business caters to Auto Sales and distribution.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:
• *Job Position: HR Analyst**
• *Job Location:** Lagos

• *Position Overview**
• The HR Analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights that are aimed at supporting evidence-based HR decision-making and improving workforce productivity and organisational performance.
• This role aims at analysing workforce, operational, and performance data and identifying improvement opportunities, mitigating risks, and driving efficiency through performance management frameworks, policies, and analytics tools.
• *Key Responsibilities**

HR & Business Performance Analytics:
• Analyse workforce and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement performance metrics and dashboards to improve organisational and operational efficiency.
• Monitor business and HR performance indicators and generate periodic management reports.
• Review performance and operational data sources to identify risks to business objectives and mission accomplishment.

Problem Diagnosis & Solution Design:
• Analyse business and HR problems to determine root causes using quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
• Document identified issues, define problem statements, and outline structured solution frameworks.
• Recommend evidence-based interventions to improve productivity, workforce utilisation, and service delivery.

Performance Management & Incentive Systems:
• Coordinate the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management and incentive frameworks.
• Support goal setting, KPI design, scorecards, and performance review processes.
• Provide post-implementation monitoring, reporting, and optimisation support.
• *Key Requirements**
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or HR Operations
• Professional Certification from (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or Analytics certifications) are an advantage.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Competency using advanced spreadsheets and data visualisation tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau).
• Applying statistical and trend analysis effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to implement performance management frameworks and policy documentation.
• Demonstrating analytical and critical thinking, business acumen, and attention to detail.
