Key Requirements:
• CIPM certification
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field is an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of the HR value chain, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and compliance.
• Experience in the healthcare sector will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices.
• Drive recruitment, on-boarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage performance management processes and staff training programs.
• Provide HR analytics and support workforce planning initiatives.
• Foster positive employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
