Job Description
We are hiring experienced Business Development Officers.

Responsibilities

1. You will be responsible for increasing the customer base of the bank by recruiting new current and savings accounts customers.

2. You nurture relationships and ensure that customers are well served.

3. You will market the bank's loan products and meet loan targets.

4. You will sell and cross-sell all bank's products and ensure that customers are able to access all the services they need.

5. You will handle first line resolution of customer complaints and work with other team members to resolve other complaints escalated to back office.

6. You will be expected to prepare business development strategies, plans, and budgets including profitability reports.

7. You will have balance sheet and profitability growth responsibilities.

8. You will also have deposit mobilisation responsibilities.

Qualities

The persons we are looking for must be self-motivated, diligent, and hardworking. You should have can-do spirit and ability to work in a team of high performers. You already have existing customer base you will leverage on while building new relationships.

You have requisite qualifications - minimum of B.Sc./HND. MBA or other post-graduate degrees will be added advantage. Membership of professional institutes like ICAN, CIBN, CIS, etc is also an added advantage.

Experience in MSME banking in a microfinance or commercial bank or finance company will be required.
