Overview:

We're seeking a Security Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to secure and manage digital identities across the enterprise. This role is responsible for reviewing system and data access, configuring access policies, and maintaining directory structures to enforce the principle of least privilege. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in IAM protocols, directory services, access control models, and identity lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:
• Secure and manage digital identities across enterprise systems.
• Review and validate access to systems, applications, and data.
• Configure access policies and directory structures to enforce least privilege.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to meet regulatory and audit requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to users and services.
• Continuously improve IAM processes, tools, and governance practices.

Qualifications:

Education & Certifications
• 3-year IT-related degree (mandatory).
• CompTIA Security+, SC-300, and AZ-500 certifications (required).

Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience building and managing IAM systems.
• Hands-on expertise with MS Active Directory / Entra ID (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), directory services, and access control models.
• Experience managing identity lifecycle, user provisioning, and role-based access controls.
