The ideal candidate will drive security initiatives, manage budgets, and collaborate with senior leadership to align security with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the organization's information security strategy.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
• Lead and manage the information security team, providing necessary resources and guidance.
• Identify and mitigate security risks while ensuring business continuity.
• Communicate security priorities and risks to senior leadership and the board.
• Oversee security projects, ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness.
• Manage the information security budget and allocate resources efficiently.
Requirements
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align security with business goals.
• Proven leadership skills in building and managing security teams.
• Strong project management experience in security initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Expertise in risk management and incident response.
• Experience in budget planning and resource allocation for security programs.
