Salary: ₦250,000 per month Plus Commission
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our real estate marketing strategy in Abuja. This role will drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and property sales through innovative campaigns and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost property sales.
• Lead digital, print, and outdoor campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and improve conversions.
• Manage PR, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor and guide the marketing team to achieve set targets.
Requirements
• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years within the real estate industry
• Proven success in real estate or property development marketing.
• Strong digital marketing and branding expertise.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
