About the Role
We are looking for proactive and results-driven State Coordinators to oversee the marketing and sales of solar products within their residential state. This role is ideal for individuals with strong networking, marketing, and sales skills who are passionate about promoting renewable energy solutions.
As a State Coordinator, you will lead grassroots marketing efforts, build customer networks, and drive sales of our solar products across your state.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and market solar products within your assigned state.
• Identify and engage potential customers, partners, and distributors.
• Organize local marketing activities and outreach campaigns
• Build and manage a network of sales representatives/agents (where applicable)
• Provide regular sales and activity reports.
Compensation
• Commission-Based Pay: Earnings are directly tied to the volume of sales you generate — the more you sell, the more you earn.
• In addition, a ₦30,000 Monthly Allowance to support administrative and logistics expenses

• Must be based in or have strong market access within the assigned state
