Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Lead brand positioning and corporate communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all internal and external channels.
• Drive demand generation and pipeline growth through digital marketing, campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee digital platforms including the website, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
• Lead content development and thought leadership initiatives, translating technical offerings into compelling market narratives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and leadership to support go-to-market, employer branding, and internal & external communications.
• Manage public relations, media engagement, and the organisation’s reputation across relevant stakeholder groups.
• Define marketing KPIs, manage budgets and vendors, and provide performance insights and reporting to executive management.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience within an IT services, technology, or B2B professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and demand generation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦600,000.00 - ₦900,000.00 per month
