Job Description
Officer, Shell Lubes plays a vital role in driving the sales and market presence of our lubricant products within the oil and gas industry. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in lubricant sales, and a good understanding of the market.

Job Details
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives for lubricant products.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs, provide product information, and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the market presence of lubricant products.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities

Education
• A bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering, marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.

Experience
• 3-5 years relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing etc
• Relevant professional certification is an added advantage
