Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and periodic management reports.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
• Administer payroll processing and review employee expense claims.
• Maintain, reconcile, and review bank statements and company accounts.
• Prepare tax computations and ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and reports.
• Maintain accurate, well-organized financial records and supporting documentation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience, within a real estate, property management, or construction environment.
• Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA is an added advantage.
