What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute growth strategies that boost revenue and client satisfaction
• Identify and pursue opportunities across Africa and the global diaspora
• Build and maintain key relationships with partners, brands, and agencies
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and aligned brand initiatives
• Provide expert insight on market trends and advertising strategy
• Pitch, negotiate, and close high-impact media deals
• Lead and mentor the sales team to meet ambitious targets
• Represent the brand at events, conferences, and networking opportunities
What you’ll bring:
• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong experience in sales/business development media or advertising preferred
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and lead sales teams
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with the African/diasporic media landscape is a major plus
• A collaborative spirit and a passion for women’s empowerment
