VIRTUAL SALES EXECUTIVE

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals who want to earn real income from real estate — on their own terms.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a self-driven, sociable, and persuasive Virtual Sales Executive who can promote and sell our property products online and within their personal and professional network. You do not need prior real estate experience. You need drive, consistency, and the ability to connect with people and convert conversations into sales.
This role is open to students, working professionals, stay-at-home parents, entrepreneurs, and anyone looking to build a strong additional income stream without leaving their current lifestyle.
You Are the Right Fit If You:
∙ Are an excellent communicator — online, on the phone, and in person
∙ Are self-motivated and can work independently without supervision
∙ Have a genuine interest in earning through sales and referrals
∙ Are active on social media and comfortable promoting products online
∙ Reside in Ibadan
What You Will Be Doing
∙ Promoting Footy Homes and Properties products across your personal and professional network
∙ Generating leads and referring prospective buyers to our sales team
∙ Following up on inquiries and guiding potential clients through the buying process
∙ Representing our brand professionally online and offline

Requirements
∙ Must reside in Ibadan
∙ Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
∙ Strong communication skills in English and Yoruba
∙ Basic smartphone and social media proficiency
∙ Prior sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not required
