Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Relationship Management:
• Deliver a personalized, concierge-level service to all clients.
• Guide customers through the bespoke process—from consultation to final fitting.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value and repeat clients.
• Proactively follow up on inquiries, orders, and after-sales services.
Sales Performance:
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Upsell complementary products and styling services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of fabrics, craftsmanship, pricing, and design timelines.
• Support trunk shows, private fittings, and exclusive client events.
Brand Representation:
• Uphold Africana’s luxury image through professional presentation and communication.
• Ensure the showroom environment reflects premium standards at all times.
• Handle client concerns with discretion, empathy, and swift resolution.
Operational Support:
• Process orders, manage client records, and track production timelines.
• Coordinate with design and tailoring teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support inventory monitoring and showroom organization.
Requirements:
• BSc in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end customer service.
• Must reside in Abuja
• Strong sales acumen with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming and polished demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Passion for African-inspired luxury fashion and craftsmanship.
