Role Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of projects — ensuring seamless coordination, cost efficiency, technical accuracy, and exceptional delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage high-end interior and construction projects
• Develop detailed project schedules and cost plans
• Oversee BOQs, budgeting, and financial control
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, artisans, and vendors
• Conduct site meetings and provide executive progress reports
• Ensure strict quality control and finishing standards
• Manage procurement and negotiate supplier contracts
• Maintain strong client communication and satisfaction
• Identify and mitigate project risks
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in interior/construction project management
• Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of fit-out, MEP coordination, and detailing
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD (Revit is an added advantage)
• Strong leadership and financial management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
