Key Requirements:
✅ Deep knowledge of building construction processes (from start to finish)
✅ Strong understanding of building materials and reliable sourcing markets in Lagos and Abeokuta, with knowledge of best prices and quality options
✅ Prior project management and construction supervision experience
✅ Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams effectively
✅ Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism
✅ Good communication and reporting skills
✅ Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
