Responsibilities:
• Lead project execution from inception to completion
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and site teams
• Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and compliance
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Provide progress updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
• 15–20 years’ experience managing large-scale construction projects
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Certification with the Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria is preferred
• Membership of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, the Nigerian Institute of Building, or the Nigerian Institute of
• Quantity Surveyors is an advantage
• Proven leadership of complex, high-value projects
Remuneration: NGN 1,000,000 monthly
Location: Kubwa, Abuja
Work Mode: Full-time, On-site
