Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager position located in Epe. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, and employee relations.
Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing staff performance, addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and organizational success.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Onboarding
Expertise in Policy Development, Compliance with Labor Law, and Organizational Planning
Proficiency in Conflict Resolution and Staff Performance Management
Strong Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Professional certifications like CIPM or SHRM are a plus)
Knowledge of real estate industry practices is an added advantage
