Job Summary

As the Group HR Manager, you will provide strategic HR leadership across subsidiaries, standardize HR systems, drive governance, and build performance-driven workforce structures.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement group-wide HR strategy and governance frameworks
• Standardize HR policies, compliance systems, and performance management processes
• Lead executive recruitment, succession planning, and workforce strategy
• Oversee compensation, salary reviews, benefits, and profit-sharing structures
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR risk management

Requirements
• 8–12+ years HR experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership
• Experience managing HR across multiple business units or group structure
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR governance
• Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage
• Strong leadership and strategic decision-making ability

• NGN 1,200,000 Monthly
