We are seeking a competent and experienced Human Resources Officer to manage core HR functions in the company; ensure compliance, and support workforce development within an industrial processing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation
• Manage employee relations and workplace policies
• Handle payroll coordination and staff records
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations
• Support performance management and training initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in HR matters
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-4 years HR experience
• Experience must be from a verifiable / reputable organization
• Strong understanding of HR processes and labour regulations
• Previous experience as HR in FMCG industry is desirable
• Experience in the usage of relevant HR tools and other work tools.
• Professional HR trainings and certifications are desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and discretion
