Role Overview
The Graduate Trainee (HR) will support the People & Culture function in delivering seamless HR operations, talent acquisition support, employee engagement initiatives, and people analytics. This role is ideal for graduates passionate about building people systems in a fast-growing digital logistics company.
Key Responsibilities
• Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
• Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records management
• Support performance management cycles, training programs, and learning initiatives
• Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Support HR data tracking, reporting, and people metrics
• Assist with policy documentation, HR process improvement, and compliance tasks
• Respond to basic employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations
• Participate in HR projects across talent, culture, and organizational development

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or related fields
• 0–2 years work experience (NYSC completed or in progress)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Interest in HR, people management, and organizational culture
Added Advantage
• HR internship or project experience
• Knowledge of HR tools or HRIS
• CIPM, SHRM, or related HR certification (or strong interest to pursue)
