• We are seeking a competent and hands-on professional to fill the role of General Manager / HR Manager.
• This position combines overall business operations management with human resource leadership across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities
General Management:
• Oversee daily operations of all company branches
• Drive business growth, sales performance, and operational efficiency
• Ensure branches meet revenue targets and operational KPIs
• Supervise branch managers and enforce company policies
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage budgets, expenses, and cost control across branches.
Human Resource Management
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff deployment across branches
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Handle staff performance management, appraisals, promotions, and discipline
• Manage employee relations and staff welfare
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
• Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in a managerial role, with exposure to operations and staff management
• Proven experience supervising teams and managing multiple business functions
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR processes.
• Experience in the building materials, manufacturing, or retail sector is an added advantage
