Job Description
We seek to hire a no-nonsense HR & Administrator at CYBERGON , this dual-purpose leadership role that oversees the entire employee lifecycle while ensuring the physical and digital workspace remains functional. In the tech sector, this role is critical for building a high-performance culture, managing rapid headcount growth, and navigating complex labor regulations.
The HR and Administration Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of human resources and office operations. The core mission is to drive a high-performance culture by setting clear targets and holding every employee accountable to them. This role ensures that all administrative departments function without interruption and that poor performance is proactively managed through a strict, legally compliant "meet targets or exit" framework
Key Responsibilities
• Performance Oversight: Develop and manage a robust performance appraisal system that clearly defines individual and team KPIs.
• Target Accountability: Monitor employee outputs regularly; initiate formal Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for those failing to meet standards.
• Disciplinary Authority: Lead the formal disciplinary process, including issuing verbal/written warnings and executing terminations for continued underperformance or gross inefficiency.
• Recruitment Quality: Oversee the hiring process at CYBERGON or CYBERGON clients to ensure only high-potential candidates who align with company performance goals are brought onboard.
• Operational Excellence: Supervise the administrative team to ensure 100% uptime for office facilities, supply chains, and internal communication flows.
Administrative & Departmental Management
• Process Optimization: Continuously audit and refine administrative workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce operational costs.
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure every employee understands and adheres to company policies; take immediate corrective action when breaches occur.
• Resource Management: Oversee office infrastructure, vendor contracts, and departmental budgets to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Compliance: Maintain total legal compliance with labor laws to protect the company during performance-based terminations.
Qualifications
• Experience: 7–10+ years in HR and Admin, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on performance management.
• Skills: Expertise in progressive discipline, conflict resolution, and labor law.
• Mindset: Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable making difficult termination decisions
