Key Responsibilities
• Lead recruitment, training, and employee engagement for an expanding workforce.
• Drive HR initiatives that support sales productivity and organisational growth.
• Manage onboarding, performance reviews, compliance, and employee development.
• Provide strategic HR support to management and frontline teams.
• Develop HR policies and ensure adherence across all departments.
• Oversee workforce planning and talent pipeline development for critical roles.
• Strengthen performance management systems to improve accountability and results.
• Support conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee relations.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights that guide leadership decisions.
Person Specification:
• Minimum of a First degree BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• A professional certification in Human Resources or an MBA is preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in a sales-focused environment, with 2–4 years leading HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning and employee engagement.
• Proven ability to support sales teams through effective HR processes and talent management.
